I've tried several products and for the best by far has been Hydroxy-cut. Combined with 3 to 4 cardio workouts a week and a fairly strict diet there was very noticeable changes.

did you feel like you had any jitters? I have tried a couple and they both made me feel like I was on speed.

I haven't tried Hydroxycut though.

hi again - i'm actually eating more calories then i was before on a daily basis. i think before i had very low calorie days and then days that were at least double (but rarely). you're right though - smaller meals more often (5-6 a day) and choosing wisely makes a big difference.

i've tried xenadrine but not hydroxycut (and several others out there). the jitters wore off after a few days but i always took less then full dosage. they do take the edge off hunger. that's for sure.

but the biggest factor is your food. the right foods, the right amount and frequency. i'm still figuring some of it out but it matters more then cardio or supplements for me.

Jitters are common.. they all have similar ingredients, caffeine being one of them.

Start of with half the recommended dose at first.

When I take Hydroxy-cut I take 12 tablets a day... but then again I drink about 3 pots of coffee a day too.. not at the same time though!! I cut out all caffeine products when taking any form of fat burners..

okay, the jitters wear off!!!

I probably didn't give it much of a chance, but I did try halving the dosage prior to stopping all together.

BTW with all the coffee and caffeine you must be in the water closet fairly often. I guess that's another trimming by-product.

ahhh....another important thing. drink tons of water. for me that means drinking twice what i think i should. i'm up to 5-6 liters a day. 8 would be better. (your "water closet" reference reminded me! i try to stop drinking by 7:00 pm so i don't have to get up all night long)

Sex is a great workout!!

About Hydroxycut,etc. I don't waste my money on them. I buy a 100tab bottle of 25mg ephedrine hcl, and 100tab bottle of 200mg caffeine, and throw in some aspirin on occasion. Saves tons of cash and is the same thing except it doesn't contain the not so proven ingredients that are included in Hydroxycut,etc. Remember the fat loss studies these products refer to are studies on e/c/a not the other stuff in them. Just save a shit load of cash and buy yourself the pure shit.

- coleus forksholli
- dandelion root...nat diuretic
- synephrine
- gugglesterones
- GH enhancers
- new norsynephrine looks promising

If you get the jitters its because you have taken too much. Lower the dosage until you get used to the dosage you are taking. This does not mean that after you have gotten used to the product ,too make tons more than recommended. I used to take STACKER 2 with Ephedra.
I tried the recommended dosage of 3 caps when I first bought the bottle & felt like my heart was going to burst.I lowered the dosage to 1 capsule & that worked great all the way up to my show. I am a leightweight competitor therefore a heavier person may be able to take 2 first then try 3 later.

My cutting method is to eat tons of boiled eggs, fish, grean beans, protein shakes, scrambled eggs,steaks, ground turkey & salads all through week until I get mentally frustrated with the diet & exhausted. Usually I will will diet really hard Mon- Friday then eat something fattening saturday morning , go back onthe diet & something high in carbs om sunday.

Totally agree. I mix ephedrine with Ergolean, Lean System 7, or similar products that contain these ingredients.
