Im knew to this, im 16 Years old I live in New Zealand, I want to put on some muscle mass, I am 177cm and 68kgs(skinny) I no. So any tips would be aweomse and if any of you have any old programs that would be cool. I know a little bit about Weights as I studied training programs at school but not in depth.
