Calves, forearms, and traps. I rarely do isolation for any of the 3.

My forearms and calves are probably my best features. My traps are in perfect proportion with the rest of my upper body. Probably the main reason I don't bother isolating them.

I never work forearms and will skip the occasional calve work out as well. My forearms get plenty of work from heavy rows, deads, and heavy trap work.

i dont skip any workouts....... i just dont do forearm workouts.....

I also dont bother at all with forearm isolation, ive missed my last couple chest workouts (cept for today) purely unintentional though, besides that im usually quite strict i try my best not to miss any.

Mine used to be a leg workout I would skip, but in the past 8 years I make sure not to skip it. I hit it every week, besides I do westside and there really isnt any skipping it. I dont do body part splits anymore.

I skipp leg work the most because I do not have a squat rack in my basement and sometimes school schedule doesnt alllow me to do em. Like today, I was going to go for some squats and other leg stuff, come to school and we have a snowday. So if you know what I mean.

In terms of isolation, forearms and posterior deltoids.
In terms of skipping workouts, none. I will sometimes skip an exercise if I don't feel like waiting 20 minutes to use the rack.

Arms, calves, traps, and abs.
I only rarely incorporate arm work into my programs. Once in a while I throw a little in for shits and giggles. I just don't can too much about my arm.
It's been a while since I've done calves or trap work, though I do farmer's walks and deadlifts often enough.
Ab work doesn't get done in terms of working my rectus abdominus generally, but I do planks and PNF movements sometimes.

I would say calves, traps, and arms, but I have been working them more often lately.
