Just a hello from a new member here. I found this site and can't believe all the great information on it. It is so refreshing to find other people not doing the regular old 5-6 (sometimes 7) days a week, 1 body part workout lifting routine and they devote an entire day to just arms!!

Yes I know about the whole 1 bodypart a week. I am a member of about 5 different bb'ing sites and this one is the one that I call mine, well right behind Rob that is. But this is the one I come back to all the time because there is no bs posted and if there is it gets corrected quickly.
