3 Day Bulk Routine Help

I'm trying to design a 3 day bulk routine but I'm having some problems due to certain exercises and movements I am unable to do. I had a spinal fusion 6 months ago and my back is still hurting so my doctor wants me to start doing some exercising so I am doing weights along with other stuff. I can't do anything that makes me have to bend over to pick up weights or have my back bent forward because that puts stress on it (lots of machine exercises). I really wanted to start bulking because I lost a lot of weight from my surgery (6'0 160 lbs) so I was trying to develop a routine. Here is what I had come up with based on the exercises that meet the conditions I mentioned. I could definitely use some help.
Monday--Chest/Shoulders
Machine Flat Bench 3x8
Machine Incline 3x8
Machine Flies 3x8
Machine Shoulder Laterals 3x10
Shrug Machine 3x10
Wednesday--Back/Arms
Pull Ups 3x10
Closed Grip Pulldowns 3x8
Tricep Pushdown 3x8
Tricep Press 3x8
Bicep Curl 3x10
Friday--I was thinking about just repeating Monday's workout

Bench puts alot of stress onto my back. But then again I do alot of 3 rep sets so it has something to do with it.
Realize this though, whenever you bulk its not what your routine looks like, its what your diet looks like. Best of luck ta ya.
