Ok, i currently weigh 212lbs.. and its definitally not all muscle.. im not a fat bastard but i do have some fat.. i would like to lose some.. is there any certain diet that anyone can think of to help me.
and i dont mean tell me the foods.. i mean low calorie high protein diet? or what. thanks |
