This is my warm-up:
400m run, 25 back ext., 25 sit-up, 25 squat, 25 sit-up & 25 push-up, 400m run. |

I am with CP on the crunches. I am not a big fan of doing anything seated or on my back during the warm-up, the only exception being scorpions or crosses if my back is tight.
I like the high knees, butt kickers, straight leg march, dynamic type of warm-up followed by a couple of warm-up sets before each exercise. |

Who said anything about crunches? I perform full decline situps. I also perform high knees as well as some hip flexing stretches to allow for full range while training my routine that shortly follows.
