I've never heard of Miller Bran....but you can get ground flax/meal & wheat gluten at any health food store or bulk food store.

ok- its for low carb pudding
1 cup heavy cream, 1 1/2 c water or coconut milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 dash salt, 2 eggs,1 cu equivalent AS (1/2 powder 1/2 liquid), 2 pkts unflavored gelatin. Combine cream, other liquid,AS,vanilla, salt in saucepan. Add hot liquid to eggs-beat.Bring back to saucepan. /Simmer gently. Remove from heat and add gelatin.Mix and chill for 2 hrs.
Well any ideas what the AS is???? I am stumped and its probably something silly.

AS stands for artificial sweetner, lol.
Use your preferred sweetner equivalent to 1/2 cup of sugar...doesn't half to be liquid.....sorry, the recipe calls for 1 cup, that would be 12 packets.
