For the past year I've been doing nothing but stuffing my face and sleeping. I was injured at work and have been unable be as active as I would have liked. Now after one year I've gain nearly 70 lbs. of FAT! So, I wanted to start a diet, but have no clue what I should do, starve, cut meals out, or just drink water till I die. I was hoping you guys could just start me on the right direction on some good dieting tips.
I'm 6'1, 265 lbs. looking to slim down about 210-215. Thanks in advance...
