I'm currently 15 years of age, and with the new year approaching (and my 16th birthday), I've decided to start working out and building a bit of muscle mass as a New Years Resolution of sorts.
However, I'm a Type 1 Diabetic; Does / Will this affect the growth of muscles in any way? Or will working out cause any problems in the future?
Cheers

On the contrary, not only will it not cause harm..it will, when combined with careful attention to diet, sleep and stress, reduce the daily dose of insulin required for maintenance. Patient and doctor experience has shown that its vital for slowing or stopping the progression of the diabetes that results in health and wellness complications later in life.
