Can someone give me info on how many to take? i think i spelt it right there the fat loss pills, ive been bulking for ages now and would like to rip.

Here are my general recommendations for clenbuterol dosing:
Start with 40 mcg/day first thing in the morning. Increase your dose 20 mcg/day until you feel you have reached your maximum dose, which is usually around 120 mcg/day. Do not exceed 160 mcg/day. Continue to use that max daily dose until you have completed a cycle of 2-3 weeks. Then take 2 weeks off from clen. Taking 50 mg of Benedryl a day during the course of your cycle will help keep your receptors unregulated, which allows the clen to continue to work well after the two week mark. Never use a dose higher than is comfortable for you and always drink plenty of water. You should ramp up slower if the sides get bad.

I've been to 200mcg a day in single doses (I dont run it twice a day, because too close to training time will ruin my workout), a female friend of mine was taking around 350mcg.
Not good for your heart reportedly though, so I no longer take it, plus I never found it as effective as T3 IMO. Without the diet clen wont do anything except give you some jitters, "fat loss pill" is pretty much a pipedream, it will however assist in a small way.
