Hello, I'm just a a simple guy who has some weird intrest lately in Lifting weights. My parents work in the medical profession, but neither one really have the time to work with me on things, and I personally don't want a 'personal trainer'.. i want an independent kinda thing..
I'm wanting to do this through fascination, not for anything else, trying to get big, tone, whatever. none of that.. pure fascination..
I've had little experience with weight lifting.. but here is some things you should put into consideration if you think you have some things i could do.
Age:15
Body Type: Slim
Weight-106
EXTREMELY weak..
heh.. i know its not much to go on.. but maybe you guys could help me out?

Take some time to read thru the stickies so you can get a grasp of basic stuff if you're not familiar with it already.
Being 15, 106lbs and weak (by your description) is the perfect place to start doing things right. Hopefully your fasination will turn into a life long one with many benefits.
