CEE or Kre-Alkalyn

What is the deal here with these two types of Creatine? Is one better than the other, is there any benefit to one over the other? I am currently out of CEE and need to buy something, I noticed this stuff and wanted some info. Thanks in advance for your help.

I would go with either Kre-Alkalyn or regular micronized creatine monohydrate.

Why even have the forum is people are going to say "use the search" of course I can use a search but I would like a conversation of sorts with knowledgable people....Friggin stuck-up primadonnas..

I love it here...but thanks for the advice, and isnt it "dont let the door hit you on the way out." Thats funny not to drag on with the subject but how can you ask "what are you talking about" you know exactly what I'm talking about. If I offended you my appologies but my statement was directed towards the people who have nothing better to do than berate people for not asking the "caliber" questions that they might expect. Not everybody is a pro in the begining Mr. Moderator. Thanks for the reply Prince.
