I do take a shake with carbs and protein peri wo. Followed by a solid meal ~60mins after wo.

peri = during (consists of ground oats + skim milk + dextrose + Whey)
Pre wo i take Dymatize Energized Xpand 30mins after my pre wo shake (oats + whey) which is ~45 mins before my wo. I dont want to take another scoop of Xpand after my wo as i need to get to bed 3-3.5 hrs after that and dont want to be kept up. |
