Post wo recovery product suggestions

Currently I'm using Nutrabolics NOZ Supercharged. They have discontinued that product and I'm looking for suggestions for a replacement. I'm not looking for a post wo meal replacement shake. Any suggestions?

a proper post workout product should contain carbs, protein, amino acids and a little creatine. any other product post workout is basically a waste of one of the most important times of the day.

replenish and products similar are not mrp's at all.

I do take a shake with carbs and protein peri wo. Followed by a solid meal ~60mins after wo.

the shake is post or pre? saw that typo, if its post then you dont need anything else.

you can now focus and pre ad during. pre i suggust xceed or another creatine like clout. during i recommend bcaa's like xtend.

peri = during (consists of ground oats + skim milk + dextrose + Whey)

Pre wo i take Dymatize Energized Xpand 30mins after my pre wo shake (oats + whey) which is ~45 mins before my wo.

I dont want to take another scoop of Xpand after my wo as i need to get to bed 3-3.5 hrs after that and dont want to be kept up.

i would shift the shake to post and buy some bcaa's for during. (ice, xtend etc.)
