ok so i know this is a dumb question but it had never bein answered for me im not new to lifting iv bein lifting for about 6 yrs now and iv tried alot of supps BUT iv never actually known if stacking means taking 2 supps at the same time or if it is taking one supp then right after that cycle take the other supp? heh like i said dumb question i know
