I'm 5'8" 140 lbs. If I'm taking creatine and whey, will adding in animal pak help with my nutrition?

animal pak is a multi but also has amino acids, digestive enzymes, electrolytes, antioxidants, lipotropics in the samp pack so it is deff the best multi and all the above out there
