Can you stack Xpand and Xtend? Say take one serving Xpand pre, and one serving of Xtend during and post workout, followed by a post workout shake? Is it ok to just take creatine (from the Xpand) PRE workout, as opposed to PRE AND post? Should I add more creatine in my postworkout shake?

.......if you wanted to add another 2-3g of creatine monohydrate into your post workout shake, that would be fine.
