how do you do it? I don't know how to get to it, but it has been done on my computer before

do you have a restoration CD that came with your computer?

if so you should be able to boot the computer with that CD and it will walk you through it, however it will wipe your entire drive, so back-up anything you want before doing the restore.

I am not sure we are talking about the same thing, what I am talking about is when you restore the system to a certain date, for example I can restore it to two days ago... I don't think there was a cd, came with windows

oh, I assume you have XP and you have the restore on?

if so go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.

how do you allow addons on IE7, all of a sudden it says IE is running with add-ons disabled
