The first time I took methoxy I got a good pump and that is all the benefit I got out of it. I did not notice any improvement in my recovery. I took it for about a month while I was cutting and I don't think much of it. I have been feeling better since starting anabolic matrix. However, I am 34 and not sure if you need a testosterone booster. Good luck
