calling out tito, ken shamrock and joe rogan on their 'supplement' use.....lol

Posted by: Double D

Tito and Shamrock ok, but fuckin Joe Rogan? Give me a break. Hell tanks the one who supposivly benches over 500.

Posted by: Double D

BTW-I dont have volume, so if I am off line, SORRY. Hahaha

Posted by: P-funk

Damn! Check out the right hand he gives this dude. I looked like he killed him.

Posted by: goandykid

Yea I've sen that KO. I wonder what the weight adv was.

Posted by: P-funk

Watch him destroy this 400lb dude in 18sec. Another killer right hand. This was just lights out!

Posted by: Double D

It has always been the scouting report on Tank; first minute or so if you can survive you will probably win, but if he connects in that first minute your done.

Posted by: goandykid

Who's more of a fatass, Abbot or Sylvia?

Posted by: Double D

Abbot.

Posted by: goandykid

I think Sylvia would beat Abbot out of sheer boredom. Abbot would chase Syvlia around the mat for 3 minutes and waste away, and Tim "I'm scared of contact" Sylvia would toss his jab out for the next 4 and a hlaf rounds for the judge's win.

600 raw, I've seen it.

I always liked watching him. He was the perfect asshole for UFC, but now I dont think he could do anything.

True, but that lift would never fly in a respectable PL federation. The records are done with a pause at the chest, then back up.

That is with a shirt, he was raw in which case touch and go is often allowed.

Posted by: P-funk

Like Mudge said.....he performed the lift RAW.....pausing 600lbs raw would absolutly be the worst thing for your shoulder.

The reason the lift is not on the list is because he didn't do it in a contest. In order to make a list like that, the lift needs to be in contest. 600lb bench press was a gym lift for him. Now, a gym lift can not always be compared to a contest lift...some do better and lift more in the contest due to adrenaline and neurolgical excitement, and some do worse and 'crack' during competition.

Either way though, it doesn't matter. he still performed the lift. whether it was contested or not.

I'm thinking homeboy benched 600 pounds on film. My best is much less than that ... he's got my respect.

Exactly, I cant bench that weight, contest or not. Fuck I couldnt even do it with a shirt, so I give the fat bastard credit.

I honestly don't think that would be called a good lift if done in a raw bench competition. It still is an awesome lift though.
