I don't put on fat, at all, ever. I can eat 3 elephants and still only weigh a bit more than normal. This runs in my family. Not one of the males in my family has ever been fat/overweight.
This is good in one way, but crap for training. Also, I have heard talk of muscle memory? So hopefully it may be a little easier to gain some mass this time? |
