Any good routines geared strictly for Bodybuilding? Mainly putting on size, not so much concerned about strength at the moment. Post link's or leave feed.

good amount of frequency. breaks up the total body and allows you to place more volume on the muscles you are trying to work. can be split up a variety of ways, anything from tension work one day to rep work the next; or, tension work for one group of movements and metabolic work for the other group of movements(ie; vertical upper and hip dominant) and then flipping the sequence on the second day.
Lots of options with that split. As I have said a million times....how you manipulate the variables is ultimately going to say whether the split is effective or not.
