New guy here

Hi everyone.

I suppose I'll start off with a little introduction.

I'm a 27 year old male. My weight is 165ish and I'm 6'3". Today I signed up for a membership at a local YMCA and look forward to packing on some weight in muscle.

I haven't seen the inside of a gym in roughly 8 years and even then it wasn't serious. Today I made up a general meal plan and read through some of the stickies regarding nutrition.

Tomorrow I start the packing on of the muscle. My wife will be joining me, but she will be going to lose weight.

I am already feeling a bit odd about the whole thing. I can just imagine myself looking like a complete retard at the gym.

Glad to be here, and hope to participate in and gain an infinite amount of knowledge from you all.
