The only problem with this thread is that if someone asks a question they could potentially get four different answers because several of us experienced guys have different philosophies about training. Although I guess that's not a bad thing.
And if you're going to do crunches every day PLEASE add some erector/extensor chain work in to balance yourself out before you ruin your back before you're 25. Amazing to me that coaches don't know this basic stuff. |
