Hey everyone- I had joined here last year and then immediately moved and never bothered to get a house phone or internet until recently. I started working out last January and noticed towards the end of the year I was starting to slack with my training (but not my diet). I have decided that is no longer an option and am back to making it part of my everyday routine again. I am 26, 6.0, 180. Since I was last on here, I did manage to purchase a full cage...my best investment yet. I am looking forward to the library of experience that many of you bring.
