now i stay after school 4 days a week and i can only bench 200..a friend posted our workout a couple weeks ago and u guys helped us design it.. its a push legs pull rutine.. anyhelp?

once a week. but if push happens to land on monday i do it again on friday.. yeah let me find the link

i workout mon tues thurs friday. so if push was on monday then legs would be tuesday, pull is thurs. and i would start all over again on friday with push.. and yes i train to failure..

no it wasnt to failure every set. It was to failure on the last set.
Yeah i guess it is my fault for not following the rutine.. is there anyway i can change it to a 4 day split? thanks pfunk. ur such a big help |
