huge loss in bench

how is it possible that my bench went from 225 to 200?

when i was able to do 225 i wasnt even on a workout rutine..it was during football season and we would go in maybe once a week if that...

now i stay after school 4 days a week and i can only bench 200..a friend posted our workout a couple weeks ago and u guys helped us design it.. its a push legs pull rutine.. anyhelp?

once a week. but if push happens to land on monday i do it again on friday.. yeah let me find the link

i workout mon tues thurs friday. so if push was on monday then legs would be tuesday, pull is thurs. and i would start all over again on friday with push.. and yes i train to failure..

oh, I gotcha......

you shouldn't be training to failure.

How did you perform those sets with the reps listed? To failure every time, on each set?

Also, the program was written for 3x's a week. Not to repeat on a 4th day, which through things off.

So, you took a good idea and you messed with it and now you are upset. If you don't follow directions properly, how can you get angry at mike456 for writing something that was sound to begin with? What he wrote was fine. You changed things up, so you didn't do what he wrote.

yea. change it like this:

upper
lower
off
upper
lower


stop training to failure too. Try and make steady progress over a certain amount of time. You need to teach your body to handle greater and greater loads.
