i am doing a minimum of 4 cardio sessions a week(30 min miniumum.. i do more if im feeling energize/overate/didnt work that day) and ive been eating significantly healthier AND every time i goto the bathroom, i put up a postit to remind me to drink a full cup of water. Ive been eating alot smaller portions, and for a snack when im hungry i reach for a banana or orange instead of chips or something to that effect. i was just wondering, at what rate could i expect to lose this weight and get to around 190 lbs? im about 230 now (just weighed myself, lost 5 lbs woo) if i could have a goal set in mind it would make it easier to keep on the regimen. Im gonna get like, a food diary or something like that to record how im feeling, how ive been eating and exercising and just to keep me on the boat. thanks again for the good advice. i hope to follow your path to fitness lmao.
