Instant Green Tea

Has anyone tried instant green tea or know if it is just as good as regular green tea? I have some instant iced tea and the only ingredients are Instant Green Tea (Camellia Sinensis), Steiva Leaf Concentrate (Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni)

what is instant green tea?

I drink a ton of green tea. I make a huge thing of iced green tea every other night and drink it over 2 days. The lipton flavors are great....I use either mixed berry or pomegranate/crannberry.

What is more instant that dropping a tea bag in a cup of hot water?

White Tea > Green Tea

Green tea has more of a woody taste, white tea is very mild.

You can get it at any supermarket...
The selection is not as big as Green Tea, Black tea..ect, so you have to kind of search for it.

green tea > white tea (health beneficial wise)
but i believe all tea is hella good 4 u.

i already take green tea extract (2 servings) and each serving got 50 mg of caffeine, and dont really want to take anymore.

What instant green tea is this?

The only powdered green tea I'm familiar with is Japanese Matcha - which is apparently better for you than standard green tea.
