Diet. If you start eating healthier, you might feel more inclined to do both. If you do a lot of cardio and your diet is lousy nothing will change.

I was just wondering which played a bigger part in fat loss, diet or cardio? I know doing both would be benificial, but if you could only choose one, which one would make the most difference?

Good ole order of operations:
1) Genetics 2) Diet 3) Lifting 4) Cardio Put supplements in there any place you want after number two. As to the initial question....diet. |

Supps would be least important IMO. They can even make things worse. For Example, did you know that over supplementation of vitamin C can lead to iron overload?
