How is this RTD?

Thinking about chugging these between classes, for a quick meal to hold me over between breakfast, and lunch. Does it seem quality? Is the fat, good fat?

Any other tidbits?

Why not cook up an extra chicken breast and some veggies or something and take it along with you.

Chug that between classes.

Looks fine - fats are mostly mono (high oliec sunflower) and that is what you want.... Only thing that I would suggest is that I'd probably have some fruit as well... [but that depends on if you are low carbing or not]...

becuz u cant "chug" that shit, i recently egan eating chicken and rice and veggies for breakfast and it takes extra 10 mins. to eat. than my usualy whey+milk+fruit.

Well this is basically something to hold me over til lunch, exactly 2 hours after i chug this, I eat my tuna sandwich on ezekial bread, and 1/2 cup raw oats.

Hmm ya I definitely could...but I don't really need the carbs...I get them the rest of the day, I just use this as a quick snack.
