Thinking about chugging these between classes, for a quick meal to hold me over between breakfast, and lunch. Does it seem quality? Is the fat, good fat? Any other tidbits? |

Why not cook up an extra chicken breast and some veggies or something and take it along with you.
Chug that between classes. |

Looks fine - fats are mostly mono (high oliec sunflower) and that is what you want.... Only thing that I would suggest is that I'd probably have some fruit as well... [but that depends on if you are low carbing or not]...
