hi my name is Ryan i live in michigan,USA. im 17 years old and am about 5'7 180lbs. i started to weight lift just under a year ago would have started sooner but had shoulder surgery to fix a tear in my rotator cuff. i play football Fullback/Free saftey. i also wreslte and play baseball. normaly i weigh about 180lbs durring football and baseball and end up at 160 for wrestling. my bodyfat is aroun 9%. im here looking for ways to become bigger and stronger so i can be bigger faster and stronger than anyone i may play in sports.

eat a lot, keep in the gym, protein and creatine help, and do not miss meals, plus keep a detailed outline of your progress so you can figure out what works for you

i would try the creatine but we cant use it if your in a highschool sport in michigan.
