Shoulder trouble

I had surgery on my rotator cuff last january to fix a tear. everthing was fine untill this last fall durring my last football game of the season i was running the ball i went to run a kid over and my shoulder dislocated and now it feels the same way it did before my surgery should i go have my shoulder checked again?
