Hey everyone...my name is Brad. I'm 18 and I live in Tyler, Texas. I started working out ("full-time" haha) a little over 2 weeks ago with my best friend. He's been working out for about a year and a half. I go to the local World Gym and am enjoying training greatly. I am right around 6' tall and I weigh 160lbs and I'm pretty lean. I've looked on these boards before in the past so I am eager to start participating in the discussions and learn.
