Hi Ive been working out for 3 years off and on, but my diet is always off Ive read tom venutos book which makes sense thats what i want to stick by through organizing meals daily and also changing calories up and down to keep the body guessing, i find it difficult. Not a very good diet planner, Im currently on a cutting phase im 5'7 182lbs fat% according to the scale is 30% but i think im about 20ish% Gonna get a skin trst done soon. Anyways If any can help me organize or at least gimme an idea of a diet thatll be greatly appreciated.

Do you have any type of diet plan now? How many calories are you taking in, and can you give us an idea?

Have you read the stickies at the top of this section - they help alot.

I hear alot of people whining about not wanting to eat certain things because they dont like them. Listen, before I started getting healthier, I hated almost all of the things I love to eat now. I hated fish, vegetables, alot of fruits. Once I made the commitment to myself to get healthy, I started forcing myself to eat these foods. Eventually I got used to fish, and vegetables, and I actually started to like them. My point is, even if you dont particularly like a food, make yourself eat it anyway. You'd be suprised at how you can adjust, especially if you keep the benefits of that food in mind. After you've made yourself eat something a couple of times, and you still can barely get it down then ditch it.

Eat to be healthy 90% of the time, eat for taste 10%
Thats the way I look at it

Exactly what happened to me. I hated string beans and salad before I made the commitment to get healthy... now, I eat them on a daily basis without even flinching. You'll be surprised what kind of tastes you acquire when you limit what foods your body intakes.
