Hi everyone my name is Beau (pronounced bo) and I just signed up.Im 28 and im 6 foot 1.1 year ago i weighed almost 400 pounds.now im down to 274.so along with what i have been doing to lose weight i think its time to add some mass to muscles i have built up.my goal is 240 and be lean.well thats my introduction so its gonna be fun im sure being on these forums.if you wanna chat on IM or somethng let me know.im always here.oh my work out routine is everyday.i alternate upper and lower body with 40 mins of cardio and aerobic.i do this everyday.so yeah yak to me if you wanna.

first off hey welcome to IM. but i think you should post your whole workout here and read the stickies. working out everyday is bad for you even if you swtich between upper and lower body.


and congrats on going from 400 to 274

thanx guys.ill be posting my workout routine for advice and such.im pretty limitied in the types of exorcises i can do since i only have a basic bench with no leg or cheast ext.but it gets the job done.
