Hey guys,

Ok here is my problem... I am kinda fat, im 5"9 145lbs. You can clearly see that im a little chubby. So like any wise person i decided that i needed a cutting type diet. But to be completely honest im not sure i know everything to do with it.
Anyway, i have tried this type of diet, of course workingout at the same time. The big problem is that i have a huge appetite. I really do like my food, the real problem is that sometimes i dont care if its a fucking burger or pizza- ill eat. Yeah, heavy discipline problems. But still i have a feeling i could probably eat the same amount but of the right foods.

Igredients such as Brown rice, oats, egg whites, skinless chicken, tuna fish, cottage cheese comw to mind. However what i am asking is a very generalized cutting diet. I would like to see this so that i could add amounts where required. just so long as i know whats ok to eat.

HONESTLY, i know this i s a lot for anyone to take their time and do, but it would seriously help. So, many thanks in advanced.
YOU ROCK IF YOU HELP

you are fat at 5'9" and 145lbs??!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I think you need to just eat heathly and train on a good program and let yourself recomposition. You are at a really skinny weight for your height. You can't get much lower than that!

Really!!!!!!!!

Wow, i didnt think that the height came into reading into this. But i guess it should do. But even then, there is still a bit of a belly in my abdominal area. You were talkin about the recomposition, that could very well be it. I was wondering if you could elaborate on this. Thanks....

Basically, what you want to do is try and just add some muscle. Adding muscle to your frame will help increase your metabolism, so that you can be more efficient with burning calories.

Start with a healthy diet and a sound exercise program (have you posted your training yet?) and let that carry you for awhile before you consider dropping calories down and dieting.

Just to put it into perspective for ya, I am an inch taller and at one point I was 100 lbs heavier. THAT was being fat. You my friend, are skinny for your height. Do what the Funk said and eat right, crunch the numbers, and keep your training in check and you will get the build you want without looking like walking bones.

ok , ill do what you guys said. I am quite fond of the conditioning one ross enamait conducts. Its pretty kickass, anyway on top of that i will use a push/push/leg system...
