I was looking at the label for some chicken I was eating, it said that the total fat was 2.5 grams, the saturated was .5g, and the monosaturated was .5g, poly was 0 and the trans fat was 0. What could the other 1.5g be??

it's possible the label was flat out printed wrong?
Was it a national brand or just a local grocery label? Do they have a website?

yeah, it was perdue's chicken, I was using it in a salad.

I'm thinking the label was printed wrong because when I look at nutritiondata.... the profile is very different for 100g chicken breast (raw) no skin
Well it wasn't the same exact chicken as on nutritiondata, but as long as theres no trans fat, which the label clearly shows, thats all that matters to me.
