Since I am asking for an opinion and not advice, I think this belongs here.

My friend tells me he fucks a girl and when it comes time to cum, he (or puts a condom on first) cums in the condom, then pulls out, puts on another condom (or none at all), and continues to fuck a 2nd time. This repeats he says.

Yes, pictures are allowed.

The only times I have ever wanted to keep going after I come is if the girl hasn't come and is close. Otherwise no, because it's hard to keep it hard for that long after you come. And I don't know how you could do it with a condom the second time around and not go limp (or even keep it hard long enough to get the rubber on).
