I'm also fond of Pizza which does admitidley add fat but tastes good and if you make it yourself with lots of MEAT that insulin spike is worth EVERY bite

) dense food. Peanut butter, almonds or other nuts, egg yolks, and oils such as flax seed, olive & safflower should be used in every meal. I agree w/ the gainer's having too much sugar, much better to make your own
