Bodyfat: the Body fat claculator says it's 19-25 percent( I doubt i carry that much fat)

Deadlift 225 X 6
Been Training for 2 months
Diet Breakfast
2 HArdboiled Eggs
Apple
Banna
Granola BAr Lunch
Salad Snack
Baked beans or Red kidney beans Dinner
W/e My mom makes, usualy some type of beef or fish dish. Moderate to large portions
My estimated Calorie intake is around 1500-3000 calories.
Medical Conditions or Predespotions
Alpha thalassemia trait, type 1 (minor/mild anemia I get tired quickly)
Colon Cancer
Heart Disease
Renal Diesase/Failure
So yeah I need some help with my diet. I can't use supplements or consume as much protien as you guys reconmend( i get around 50 a day 100 on occasion); I'll just damage my kidneys. My goal isn't to get ripped but cut the fat and get stronger. REally jsut get healthier so I don't do in early than need be. So yeah any advice would be welcome.
