For about the last year I've been doing leg press, I basically stopped doing squats.

Started doing squats again about 4 weeks ago.
Holy shit! I forgot how demanding and effective they really are. Not just for legs, your whole frigg'n body!

Just wanted to get that off my chest!

Have you been able to notice any new gains?? I had a broken leg and just started sqautting recently, and I have been missing out, I plan on fittin in Deadlifts somewhere, i am going to have to re-do my whole routine, and fit what i need in. Keep on Sqauttin!!!

Huge gains! My legs have always been my strong point, but adding squats back in made a huge difference.

That's good then dude, keep it up then. I look forward to doing squats now, that's usually weird with me, cuz i didn't like them, cuz of how demanding they were.

I love doing squats sometimes right after my whole leg routine and just finish up with them.
