I've been lurking here for a while and found some great info.

As for my current stats:

6'4"
225 lbs
22% BF

I've been training regularly since Thanksgiving 2002 but always looking for new tips and tricks. I'm an actor and need to get my BF down after being a slug around the holidays when I was busy doing a play and entertaining a lot. I'm actually down from 24% BF on New Year's Day and looking to get in really great shape for an indie film I'm shooting this summer.

Not many Colts fans in this region. We are only 45 miles from Chicago. I'm a huge Bulls fan too.
