alright i think ill just force myself to walk in the cold for 20min to the gym instead of losing wht ive worked so hard for.

20 minute walk? Get to it... that's around a mile walk. No biggie at all, but then again I'm used to walking around a mile to class due to my classes being so far away from my dorm.
It can serve as a decent warmup to your workout by the time you're there. Sip on a protein shake on the way back, and there's your cooldown |

I used to walk 20min. to the gym in the cold in boston and in NYC.

I walk at least an hour a day to and from mass transit to get to work on top of my intense workout. As funk said, stop being a pussy and get that ass walkin'.

im wondering if someone did stop working out or really decreased intensity and volume how fast do you loose muscle if you maintain a good diet?

) Im definitly psyched about gettin back to full intensity it feels great. thanks for the info and encouraging me a bit, i owe a lot of my sucess in the gym to this forum.
