The protien in our protien shakes, bars..... I mean it made in a lab? Plants?? Dead Animals???

Most protein bars are man made and processed- That is why WHOLE foods are ALWAYS a better choice! Bars are mostly sugar laden and protein shakes are good for emergencies- but real food is ALWAYS better!!

Yeah I use them as a sup between meals... my grocery bill is over $1200 per month.. and with 5 kids.. I don't get to eat to much of it

SO i need to sneak a drink/bar in every once in awhile.. keep them hidden in my desk at work... if I kept them at home the rug rats would eat those as well....

Like everything else in the house.....

Whey protein is a byproduct of milk. Another protein that is used a lot is from eggs.
