Gyno starting??

A buddy of mine is in a sust 250 cycle right now and his boobies are getting sore as hell. He has nolva on hand but isn't sure on the doseages!! Any suggestions???

I'd start out high until symptoms start to subside, 40-100mg for a couple days, I notice it working within 2 or 3 days.
Then perhaps cruise on 20mg ED, he may need to reevaluate how much he is using, or split up his doses into two shots a week etc

get some arimidex and take 1mg everyday during cycle. 80-100mg of nolva a day seems really high??
