Breakfast?

Raw oats with a protein shake made w/ milk( one scoop ON whey)
a cup of cooked spinach
3 egg white omlette
1 flax/fish oil cap
multi vitamin

seems like a little over kill.

Choose the shake or the eggs.

I usually have a shake personally.. just the convenience factor. Protein, Yogurt, Skim milk, oat bran, flaxseeds, and some raspberries.

It would be easier to drop the egg whites and just increase the whey a bit if you want the same amount of protein. Otherwise, I don't really see anything wrong with it. You seem to be really close to 50g of protein, which is what I'm assuming Iain is stating as overkill. Bulking or cutting? What are you totals (calories, protein, carbs, fats)? How do the rest of your meals look?

Lean bulking, and Im eatin clean lean minces beef, tuna, chicken, brown rice, potatoes, and loads of fruit and veg.

I'd have to go right back to bed after having that much for breakfast. I too like shakes in the morning. So much quicker, easier, less mess...etc.

Personally, I think the meal is ok, but you need more fat than 1 fish oil cap.

Well I have four fish oil caps and two flax oil caps in a day is that not enough?

What are your overall calories and how do they break down in macros?

Havent really tracked my cals or macros just eatin a lil more and see if I put on weight over 6 weeks and if I dont then eat a lil more etc etc etc.
