What does alcohol do to a workout or diet. I don't drink much, but occasionally I want to "tie one on". Will it knock me back?

Could I use that as my sort of 'spurge' day?

Just don't drink too much. Alcohol is all carbs so it's not good if you're cutting.

One or two drinks one day week shouldn't kill ya though.

i had a shitty week, i sprained my ankle, so i couldnt help out my partner, but we found 2 people to help pour a driveway, god i love watching other people work.

Anyone know anything about flavonoids? I believe that is what causes red wine to have some benefit to your body in moderation.

Alcohol in moderation is actually healthy.

What do I mean by moderation? One beer or a glass of wine per day.

Drinking 6 beers is not healthy, but if you only do this once per week I think you will be fine.

I'm Danish so I drink like mad. (The legal drinking age is 15 for buying and there is none for actually drinking under supervision)
