tricep Workout?

I got a curling bar and some dumbells whats a good workout to do for the tricep with these?

personally i would do CG dumbell presses or reverse grip DB presses. those will kill your tri's if u do them correctly with your elbows tucked in!

I like doing seated db overhead extensions that really does it for me.

u can do dips and u dont have 2 use a db if u find them eavy with no weight put some weight on ur lap and do them with the weight on u
