Serious help with a diet

im 15 6 ft and 150 pounds. Im trying to bulk up but I have no clue how to make a diet. I know what foods to eat, but I dont know the percenteage of proteins, fats, cals, etc.

ok. Thanks alot for that site. I guess I need 2250-2700 cals a day.
this means i need 900-1080 cals from protein.
900-1080 cals from carbs
450-540 cals from fat
so in grams this equalss
225g-270g from cals
225g-270g from protein
50g-60g from fat

Now. back to the diet. Im guessing i should eat the most in the morning.

i eat around 7, 12, 3:30, 7, 9 i go to sleep around 10-11

how should i split up the cals?

also Im confused about what kind of fats I should be eating.

also are cheat days aloud on a bulk? and is it better to not get enuff cals or to get the amount needed but to get them from fast food or pizza?

It would be ideal to eat the same amount calories.

I think this depends 100% on your genetics and metabolism.

what depends 100% on my genetics? the type of fats? i heard EFAs are the best.
