ok. Thanks alot for that site. I guess I need 2250-2700 cals a day.
this means i need 900-1080 cals from protein. 900-1080 cals from carbs 450-540 cals from fat so in grams this equalss 225g-270g from cals 225g-270g from protein 50g-60g from fat Now. back to the diet. Im guessing i should eat the most in the morning. i eat around 7, 12, 3:30, 7, 9 i go to sleep around 10-11 how should i split up the cals? also Im confused about what kind of fats I should be eating. |
