Healthy snacks can help if your bulking... I find snacking on things like almonds/other nuts and dried fruit is good...

Stan UK - THANK GOD!!! I'm so happy to hear you say that. I love nuts and dried fruit. I used to eat a big bowl of homemade muesli every day (rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, apricots, cranberries, banana chips... dot dot dot!).
Since I've been cutting it's been too many calories. I've missed it. I'm so looking forward to eating more again. Roll on 10% body fat. After that I'm bulking/eating again. Woohoo! |
I suppose on a cut its probably not the best thing to be constantly snacking on. But at least you've got it to look forward to when you start your bulk again :-)
